Fourth And Fifth Grade Students Visit Archaeological Site Stobi

Some fourth and fifth grade NOVA students spent the day at Stobi learning about the archeological site and then creating their own mosaics out of cut stones and mortar just like the ancient Macedonians did. It was sponsored by the National Institution of Stobi. Their mosaics and watercolors are on display at the site, and then they’ll find a permanent home at NOVA. It was a very fun and effective way to learn about the rich heritage of Macedonia.
