TUITION AND FEES

DESCRIPTION	FEE
NOVA ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL The tuition fee covers all classroom instruction, textbooks, and standardized evaluation. In addition it also covers all expenditures related to art classes (art packets), computer education classes and natural science lab materials, including all workbooks and locker rental. Students that require a PE uniform will need to add an additional 50 euro to tuition.	€ 4,550
ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT (PART OF TUITION) The non-refundable tuition deposit of € 500 is required of all NOVA students in order to secure their place in the entering grade. This deposit is due upon signing of the enrollment contract, but no later than May 27th 2011. Students will not be guaranteed a place in the entering grade after this date and will be responsible for paying the first tuition installment in full.
APPLICATION FEE The non-refundable application fee is due on the same day when you submit your application to NOVA	€ 80
ONE-TIME CAPITAL FEE Funds collected from the One-Time capital fee are used to service capital expenditures related to the construction of the new Elementary and Middle School facility. The One-time Capital Fee is non-refundable and is incurred by a student that has attended any part of the school year.	€ 450
REOCCURING CAPITAL FEE Funds collected from the Reoccurring Capital Fee are allocated towards the improvement of existing facilities. The Reoccurring Capital Fee is not prorated and non-refundable and is incurred by a student that has attended any part of the school year.	€ 150

PAYMENT PROCEDURES

There are three payment plans offered for the Elementary and Middle School program. A contractual agreement must be entered into for each enrolling student. Families with two children enrolled at NOVA receive a discount of 10% for each child. Families with three or more children receive a discount of 15% per child. When paying via wire transfer, bank charges are the responsibility of the parent.

LATE PAYMENT

A late charge of 1.5% per month may be applied to all charges unpaid as of the last day of the month.

LATE ENROLLMENT

Students enrolling after the commencment of classes are charged tuition according to the following schedule:

QUARTER	ANNUAL TUITION
In 1st Quarter	100% of annual tuition
In 2nd Quarter	80% of annual tuition
In 3rd Quarter	60% of annual tuition
In 4th Quarter	40% of annual tuition

EARLY DEPARTURE

Students withdrawing after the commencment of classes are charged tuition according to the following schedule:

QUARTER	ANNUAL TUITION
In 1st Quarter	40% of annual tuition
In 2nd Quarter	60% of annual tuition
In 3rd Quarter	80% of annual tuition
In 4th Quarter	100% of annual tuition
