Pre-K 4 Program

Learning to grow

The PK4 Program provides a creative and stimulating environment where four-year olds learn about the world around them through a wide range of activities, and develop collaborative skills, independence and self-esteem.

Children learn to improve communication skills, problem solving skills, and develop independent thinking through play, inquiry and discovery. Reading readiness is stimulated by a variety of literacy-based activities and math skills are routinely practiced through counting and sorting, putting materials in order and patterning. Art, music and movement are part of the morning activities. Field trips help children relate classroom experiences to real-world situations.

Overview:

•  PK4 Program is a full-day experience: 8 am - 3 pm.
•  Maximum group size: 16 students with two adults.
•  Age of children at enrollment: 4 – 4.5 years
