Hot Meal and Snack 

Over 150 students sign up per semester for the Hot Meal and Snack menu, and they thoroughly enjoy the choice of tasty dishes prepared by our Cafeteria staff. Each year we try to make changes and improvements taking into consideration the commendations and recommendations provided by students, parents, faculty and staff.

If you want to sign up for the Snack and/or Meal Plan, please contact Natasha, our Elementary and Middle School Administrative Coordinator.

If you decide not to take advantage of our meal plan for your elementary child, please prepare suitable food for him/her to bring from home. We believe elementary school children are too young to handle money and may not make healthy choices therefore we do not allow younger students to buy their own meals. Middle School students will still be allowed to purchase food and drinks on their own.

Please look at the Hot Meal menu options provided below. All foods are selected based on their nutritional value and delicious taste. Soda drinks, candy, and foods with preservatives or high concentration in HFCS (high‐fructose corn syrup) are excluded.

The Hot Meal plan is offered on a four-week rotational basis. You can decide between two options for each day with different options daily. The schedule is repeated at the end of the four-week period. Please note that the menu is subject to minor changes.

 

The cost of the Hot Meal plan is 350 euro for semester 1 and 370 euro for semester 2. Please sign-up at your earliest convenience with Natasha, in the Elementary and Middle School Administration offices or contact her by e-mail: natasa.mitevska@nova.edu.mk or by phone: 3061-807, extension 201.

The cost of the Breakfast Snack plan is 70 euro for semester 1 and 75 euro for semester 2. Some of the food served for the breakfast snacks will include: Muesli Bar with Milk, Cheese Crackers with Plain Yoghurt, ‘Plazma’ (whole wheat moderately sweet crackers with vitamins) with Milk, Seasonal Fruits and Plain Yoghurt, Whole Grain Muffin, Seasonal Fruit Salad, Cheese with Seasonal Vegetables, Carrots with Plain Yoghurt, Selection of Dried Fruits and Nuts, Homemade Whole Grain Granola Bars with Dried Fruits and Honey.
