Application Fee

The non-refundable application fee is due on the same day when you submit your application to NOVA.

Enrollment Deposit

The non-refundable tuition deposit is required of all NOVA students in order to secure their place in the entering grade. This deposit is due upon signing of the enrollment contract, but no later than May 30th 2008. Students will not be guaranteed a place in the entering grade after this date and will be responsible for paying the first tuition installment in full.

Payment Procedures

Three payment plans offered for the kindergarten program are described below. The family must sign an Enrolment Contract to specify which tuition plan they have chosen. Families with two children receive a discount of 10%; families with three or more children receive a discount of 15%. Bank payment charges are the responsibility of the parent.

LATE ENROLLMENT
When enrolling late, families are charged tuition according to the following schedule:

1st Quarter 100% of annual tuition
2nd Quarter 75% of annual tuition
3rd Quarter 55% of annual tuition
4th Quarter 35% of annual tuition

EARLY DEPARTURE
When leaving early, families are refunded according to the following schedule:

1st Quarter 65% of annual tuition
2nd Quarter 45% of annual tuition
3rd Quarter 25% of annual tuition
4th Quarter -No refund

NOVA Elementary and Middle School

Tuition Fee
The tuition fee covers all classroom instruction, textbooks, and standardized evaluation.

Fees not included in the tuition
Students can rent a locker for €10 per year. The following fees, due at the beginning of the school year, are only applicable to students enrolled in the following courses:

* Families should expect tuition to increase at a rate of 2-3 percent per year.

LATE PAYMENT
A late charge of 1.5% per month may be applied to all charges unpaid as of the last day of the month.
