NOVA International Schools is a coeducational day school that enrolls over 800 students from over 40 countries. It is the school of choice for the expat and diplomatic community in N. Macedonia, as well as local families with a global outlook. It offers the International Baccalaureate programme, following Common Core standards, to students in grades PK-12. The School was founded in 1997, the first registered private education institution in N. Macedonia. The campus is spaciously situated in a residential neighborhood near the city center.

Biotechnology and genetic engineering are the pursuits of our 12-th grade student who got accepted at Groningen University, ultimately continuing her studies at the University of Ljubljana. A critical moment in her life decision was enrolling at our school, where she was amazed by her biology teacher’s approach, which strengthened her love for this particular science.
The chemical composition of the moon Titan, its methane lakes, and benzine snow showers will be revealed tomorrow to our upper secondary school students and faculty.
At the highly competitive tournament held in Sofia, our A-team, led by captains Peter Buttemere and Nico Graham, went 2-1 in the group stage with straight-set wins over Istanbul and Bucharest B-team and a loss again Sofia. In the semifinals, they lost to Bucharest A-team 2-1 in a hard-fought battle.
What is the purpose of knowledge? Does the knowledge-acquire process imply changes to one’s ethics? Does the end justify the means? These are the core questions our 11th-grade students tackled in their Theory of Knowledge-related project, displayed in the Secondary School auditorium.
Our senior student, Adora Limani, was accepted to the prestigious Brown University with a full scholarship and has been featured in Plusinfo.mk. The institution, renowned for creating independent thinkers and active global citizens, will enable Adora to pursue a law degree and realize her dream of becoming a public prosecutor.
Graphic art, installations, and works of visual art utilizing combined techniques exploring students’ inner worlds, current preoccupations, and genuine expression of issues young people are challenged with were at the core of this year's exhibition.
As hosts of the CEESA’s High School Girls Volleyball Tournament, our students demonstrated that they’re both caring, welcoming, and collaborative team players. NOVA included not one, but three teams in the tournament, who gave it their best both on and off the court.
