What is special at NOVA is that the teachers are easily approachable, because whenever I have a problem during class, I can ask them for assistance.

This transparency also applies to the school's administration who, through either our student body's grade representatives or through direct contact, never feel out of reach when there's a general issue with school policy. The communication between students and staff is personalized and less bureaucratic.

Through the school, I participated in varied activities such as Knowledge Bowl, volleyball, helping at a NASA convention, and even had the opportunity (through the CAS program) to initiate my own project and help local stray dogs.
