Academic 2023-2024 Information Hub
Dear NOVA community,
We are excited to welcome you to the 2023-2024 academic year. We are looking forward to a year of enriching co-curricular and transdisciplinary learning experiences for our younger and older learners. Below you will find relevant information about the start of the school year, the services we offer our students, and important updates regarding our campus.
Meal Service: We’re excited to introduce our new meal offerings, developed collaboratively with FJ Culinary Consultants. Our cafeteria staff has worked tirelessly over the summer to make significant changes to our meal offerings, which we believe will provide our students with both nutritious and tasty food options. Make sure to check out our new menus:

Transportation Services: For those families wanting organized transportation to and from school. To sign-up for the service, please click on the following link.
After School Activities (ASA) and Language Institute (LI): The start date is planned for Monday, August 28th. There will be presentations during orientations on Monday 21st at 9:00 am and Tuesday 22nd at 11:00 am, where both programs will be presented. You can find the ASA schedule (HERE) and LI schedule (HERE). The schedules are subject to change, with more activities constantly added.
SuperNOVA Athletics and Academics: The program offers unique athletic and academic opportunities for our Secondary School students (grades 6 - 12) that are difficult to duplicate in other school activities. Traditionally, most of our SuperNOVA teams are coached by faculty and staff members. You can have a look at the general SuperNOVA Plan for this academic year HERE.
Arrivals and Dismissal Plan for 2023-2024: information on how students access our campus daily.
Grades K - 5 Supply Sets: Please take a look at the supply sets, and place your order on the following link. You’ll be notified when the supply set is ready for pick-up and payment arrangement. Avoid the long back-to-school queues and get your shopping done right here at school.
Daycare: NOVA’s daycare program is designed to provide fun and relaxing after-school supervision for PK3 - Grade 2 students to accommodate parents’ busy schedules and long working hours. Students cannot remain on campus after 15:00 (except for Wednesdays when the dismissal time is at 14:00). If enrolled in the daycare, students would be able to remain on campus up to 17:00.
