The IB Learner Profile gives students a shared language for this growth. Across the IB continuum, students develop ten attributes: Inquirers, Knowledgeable, Thinkers, Communicators, Principled, Open-minded, Caring, Risk-takers, Balanced, and Reflective.
At NOVA, these attributes align closely with how we believe young people learn and grow. Our mission is to nurture balanced, informed, and empathetic thinkers who can embrace their full potential. The Learner Profile helps bring that mission into everyday learning.
