School Organization

The overarching strategic vision of the school is shaped by its mission and fundamental principles. The leadership team is composed of the school's founder, Director, Elementary and Secondary division principals, Business Manager, and HR Manager. They receive guidance from a nine-member school board, with two members appointed by the U.S. Embassy in Skopje, and support from the Parent Teacher Association (PTA). Middle management includes coordinators for Athletics and Academics, Events and Communications, and a Facilities Manager who supervises maintenance, custodial, and cafeteria staff. The school has an ICT department and a business and accounting department. A team of nurses, student support services staff (counselors, teacher assistants, and learning support), and librarians/resource specialists address specific student needs, including their health and well-being. The administration and admissions team manage everyday administrative tasks and student turnover.
