School Organization

NOVA International School Skopje is organized through a clear and collaborative leadership structure that supports effective decision-making, consistency across divisions, and the well-being of the entire school community. Governance is supported by an active Parent-Teacher Association and an Advisory Board, which meet regularly and help guide the school’s mission, vision, and core values. The Director provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the school. Division Principals lead the Early Education Center and Elementary School, as well as the Secondary School, working closely with faculty, learning leaders, and program coordinators to ensure continuity and quality across the learning journey. Student Support Services play a central role in school life, providing counseling, learning support, English as an Additional Language, and health services. Administrative teams oversee finance, facilities, human resources, technology, and operations, ensuring the school functions smoothly and responsibly. The Admissions and Communications team is led by a dedicated Director and team who support family engagement, admissions, and school-wide communications and events.
