School Organization
NOVA International School in Skopje is organized into multiple divisions and leadership structures to ensure effective management and support across all areas of the school. Governance and Advisory: The school benefits from an active Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and an Advisory Board, which meets at least quarterly, to maintains a clear vision, mission, and belief structure . Senior Leadership: The Director oversees the overall school operations and strategic direction. Division Principals lead the Early Education Center (EEC)/Elementary School (ES) and Secondary School (SS). The Early Education Center and Elementary School Includes faculty, a learning leader, and specialized coordinators (e.g., PYP, Math, Teacher Mentors). The Secondary School is managed by the Principal and Assistant Principal. It includes faculty and coordinators for MYP, DP, and special programs (e.g., Service as Action, CAS, Extended Essay, and Self-taught Languages). Student Support Services are extensive, covering counseling, EAL, learning support, resource management and health services. Administrative Teams include the Business Manager who oversees finance, facilities, and operations, HR handling personnel matters and ICT Coordinator managing technology and media resources. Admissions and Communications include a dedicated Director who leads a team focused on admissions, communications, and events. Operational Teams includs ones for facilities, security, maintenance, transportation, and cafeteria, ensuring the school functions properly.
