Nobody applies to twelve countries alone
These results come from the IB Diploma Programme and from university counseling that starts well before Grade 12. Students are guided toward the places that fit them, not simply the places with the best-known names.

Diploma subject selection is made with university requirements in view, so a student does not discover a closed door in Grade 12.
