Some of the strongest stories of a school are told by the people who have grown alongside it.
At a special ceremony, we honored colleagues celebrating 10 and 20 years at NOVA. Together, we looked back at where their journeys began, from first interviews and early roles to new responsibilities, leadership, and professional growth.
There were memories, heartfelt thank-yous, and even poems written especially for the occasion.
Their stories remind us that a school is built by people who learn from one another, grow together, and choose to keep contributing. Over time, colleagues become mentors, collaborators, and friends.
That is the village behind NOVA: a community of professionals, with the closeness and care of a family.
