We are proud to share that NOVA 10th-grade student Anika has been selected to participate in the 2026 Peace Ambassador Leadership Summit (PALS) at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., this July.
In their acceptance letter, the PALS admissions team noted that Anika was selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants, recognizing her potential as a young leader committed to growth, service, and positive impact.
Award-winning PALS has been recognized in the U.S. Congressional Record on four separate occasions for its groundbreaking work in youth advocacy, mentoring, bullying and suicide prevention, and leadership development. Participation in the program also provides students with 50 verified community service hours while strengthening college and career readiness.
Congratulations to Anika on this meaningful achievement. We are excited to see all that she will learn, contribute, and experience through this journey.
