Our Upper Secondary students came together to celebrate and support women’s empowerment, reminding us that the fight for equal rights, opportunities, and access to knowledge is ongoing.
In collaboration with the MedicMinds Club, Feminist Club, and the organization HERA (Health Education and Research Association), they organized a special fundraiser featuring delicious baked goods, stickers, chocolates, handmade cards, and crocheted items—all crafted by our talented club members. Proceeds will support Feminist Club initiatives and contribute to HERA’s important work, including mobile gynecological services, free HIV testing, and sexual education workshops. During the event, HERA volunteers shared valuable information, answered questions, and provided a sign-up sheet for anyone interested in getting involved in their initiatives. Our student clubs will continue working with HERA and engaging in community service because giving back is one of the core values we nurture at our school.
