This year's Family Festival was a heartwarming testament to the strength of our community and the power of collective action.
With unwavering support from parents, teachers, and student volunteers, we achieved something remarkable: raising sufficient funds to improve classroom learning conditions and renovate and equip the sports hall of the Atypical Development Children Primary School "Brakja Miladonovci" in Kumanovo. The impact of your generosity will be felt deeply by the children whose lives will be positively influenced by these improvements.
Our festival was a wonderful melange of visitors of all ages and nationalities, creating an atmosphere of joy and camaraderie. From the laughter of children bouncing on inflatables to the friendly competition among adults in basketball, ping pong, and chess, there was never a dull moment. A petting zoo added a layer of delight for our youngest attendees, making it a day they will cherish. And let's not forget the culinary journey we embarked on. With offerings from 15 different countries, our taste buds were treated to a global feast. From the comforting flavors of Chinese dumplings to the rich aroma of Ethiopian coffee and from the delicate taste of Japanese sushi to the hearty goodness of Greek, Turkish, Macedonian, Slovenian, and Czech traditional dishes, there was something to satisfy every palate. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this event a huge success. Together, we have demonstrated the true spirit of community and compassion, making our world brighter for those in need. Last but not least, a huge THANK YOU to our Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) for the smooth and efficient organization of this magical event!
