The Secrets of Titan, Saturn’s Moon to Be Revealed

💫The chemical composition of the moon Titan, its methane lakes, and benzine snow showers will be revealed tomorrow to our upper secondary school students and faculty.

🌖The event, consisting of an interactive lecture and a workshop for our students, will be delivered by world-renowned scientist and researcher Tom Runcevski from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. His research focuses on the exotic moon, as it is “the only world in the solar system other than Earth that currently has standing bodies of liquid on its surface” (according to the New York Times, the magazine where Mr. Runcevski has been featured: https://shorturl.at/qxOZ1

⭐️This event is part of the S(c)iesta initiative, organized in cooperation with Кантарот Мк Foundation. It aims to gather all Macedonian-origin scientists across the globe to popularize science and develop scientific literacy for young students. You can attend the lecture virtually at 11:00 am (CEE time) by following the event live-streamed on both of our Facebook profiles.
